CONCEPT
The iOffice Hybrid Cloud virtual workplace (see Gartner report ) integrates people, applications, content and data from dispersed locations in a secure virtual workplace. The iOffice includes electronic binders which make it simple to create Project Manuals and tabbed Portfolio Binders that integrate data, content and applications, like automated forms. Team members with permission can go to an online Work Room to access binders, applications and tools. Project Binders can then be shared with others in formats that are specific to their role-based requirements.
